If you are planning to bring your pet to our Sydney location for grooming or training, here are a few things to keep in mind:
For mobile services, our carer will contact you 30 minutes before arrival to confirm.
For regular services like walking and grooming, we recommend booking at least 48 hours ahead. For pet sitting during holiday periods, two weeks notice is ideal to secure your preferred dates.
Our core services focus on dogs and cats. For other small animals like rabbits, guinea pigs, or birds, please enquire directly as availability depends on our carers' experience with your specific pet type.
We accept all major credit cards, direct bank transfer, and PayPal. Payment is typically collected at the time of service for one-off bookings, or monthly for regular recurring services.
